Athletics Director, Heather Nivison, heads up the gym along with managing our team of Certified Personal Trainers to help Members reach their fitness goals. Registered Massage Therapists are also available to help improve and maintain overall wellness and agility.

 
 
Our gym is fully equipped with cardio equipment, including ellipticals, treadmills, Stairmasters, spin bikes, an Arc Trainer and a rowing machine. For strength training, we have Cybex weight stations, a squat rack, free weights, stability balls, resistance bands, Bosu balls and more.
